110 Souls Received Christ

Through the faithful hospital ministry of Pastor Baruca, supported by Shepherd Network, 110 people gave their lives to Jesus in Honduras and El Salvador. God bless you, Pastor. We pray you will continue your work with great strength, faith, and joy.

With Gratitude

We stand in awe of our loving Savior and His marvelous works. Shepherd Network extends special thanks to Patricia Hillard (PatriciaHilliard.com) for her tireless efforts in reaching the people of Honduras and for her brilliant teachings. We are also grateful to the support of New Hope Ministries (NewHopeMinistries.org) and Restoration Church (RestorationChurch.com) without whom we could not have reached the thousands of people who were profoundly touched by God during our April trip to Honduras. Our goal is to join many churches in Naples and throughout the nation to be the hands of Christ throughout the world. Here's a video clip showing the adoration during our last night in La Rivera Hernandez:

April, 2011

Like the walls of Jericho, strongholds of gang violence, sickness, poverty and despair came crashing down at the sound of the Lord's army in La Rivera Hernandez, Honduras. 8-10,000 people attended the crusade planned by Shepherd Network in collaboration with many churches in San Pedro Sula. A team of 17 people from the USA traveled and ministered in schools, hospitals, churches, and in the streets. We'd like to extend thanks to Pastor Wilmer Godoy and Doctors Christina and Karla. Pray for the people of Honduras.

December, 2009

Cal Montenegro and Tom Howe traveled to Honduras in December, 2009. They ministered to orphans and hospitalized children. Shepherd Network was awarded certificates honoring the Lord's work through our missionaries to those in need in Honduras. We thank Olivia Savidge for donating three handmade quilts — they were given to children with cancer in an intensive care unit in Honduras.

Cal and Tom took the orphans to the mall – using your loving donations they were able to buy new clothes for each child,
much needed by all.

Prayer and music ministry brought joy into the darkest corners of the hospital.

We thank God for the healings and strength He poured out during those days in Honduras. Please join us in continued prayer for the people of that nation and for the Christians who labor there as doctors and pastors. Please scroll down to see more photos.

Hope through Bone Marrow Transplant

In the coming months, Shepherd Network hopes to send one of many children who suffer with Leukemia in Honduras to receive bone marrow transplant in Colombia. Without the transplant, their chances of survival are slim. The therapy is not available anywhere in Honduras yet, but we are praying the Lord will use us to change that by accomplishing the building, training, and staffing of a facility in Honduras. Join us in praying for the many miracles needed to reach this goal.
